  • $530,000 is in the $500,001.00 – $1,000,000.00 range, therefore the base is $1,263.59 for the first $500,000.00
  • There is an addition $1.85 per $1,000.00 valuation, therefore $30,000/$1000 = 30 add-ons or 30×1.85 = $55.50
  • *Total permit = Base Fee + Add-On = $1,263.59 + $55.50 = $1,319.09

  • There is an addition $3.36 per $1,000.00 valuation, therefore $30,000/$1000 = 30 add-ons or 30×3.36 = $100.80
  • *Total permit = Base Fee + Add-On = $596.25 + $100.80 = $697.05
