Public Hearing on Zoning Amendments

The Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council have been working on updates to the City of Aurora Zoning Regulations for several months in an attempt to clarify and simplify the regulations.  Several meetings have been held in which public comments have been made. Additionally, information has been provided at the Voice’s of Aurora meetings. Below are links to the proposed amendments.

The City Council and Planning and Zoning Commission will be conducting a public hearing on Monday, March 24, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at Aurora City Hall, 320 Derting Road, Aurora, Texas, 76078.
